xeriphas
A planet within the Milky Way which was devastated in the war between the Kosnax and the Vardon. Caught in the middle, Xeriphas was unable to defend itself and the planet was contaminated by the nuclear fallout. The indigenous species, the Xeraphin, merged themselves into one consciousness and transported themselves to jurassic Earth. There, the Master used their powers, including the Plasmatons, to repair his TARDIS. The Doctor used the Master's TARDIS to transport the Xeraphin, and the Master, back to Xeriphas, but in the future, when the radiation had gone. The Master discovered Kamelion on Xeriphas and, after repairing his TARDIS, they left the planet.
