xeraphin
Inhabitants of the planet Xeriphas which was devastated in the war between the Kosnax and the Vardon. Caught in the middle, the Xeraphin were unable to defend themselves and their planet was contaminated by nuclear fallout. The Xeraphin merged into one consciousness and transported themselves to jurassic Earth. There, the Master used their powers, including the ability to create the Plasmatons out of natural proteins, to repair his TARDIS. The Doctor used the Master's TARDIS to transport the Xeraphin and the Master back to a future Xeriphas, where the fall-out had dispersed.
