usurius
A planet within the Milky Way, and home of the Company, a galactic corporation who financially take-over worlds, run them profitably and then abandon them when running costs grow too large. The Usurians took over Earth, moving the population firstly to Mars and then to Pluto. The Usurian economy used talmars as currency and had extensive files on both Gallifrey and the Doctor in particular. Professor Thripsted's book, Flora and Fauna of the Universe, listed the Usurians under 'poisonous fungi'. This suggests that Usurius was either a water planet or, at the very least, somewhat damp.
