trial of davros
After escaping the prison ship on which he was held, suffering from the Movellan virus, Davros attempted to build an army of Daleks loyal only to him, on Necros. The Daleks on Skaro however, captured him and placed him on trial. Presumably Davros escaped this and finally succeeded in creating his Imperial Daleks, placing the last remaining segments of his organic body inside the casing of the Emperor Dalek. He then sought the Hand of Omega, travelling back in time to Earth, 1963, where a renegade faction of Daleks also sought the device. Although his ship was destroyed, Davros again escaped.
