A weapon built by the Daleks who, at the start of the forty-first century, joined forces with the masters of the Outer Galaxies to try and invade Earth's solar system. The Daleks' Master Plan was aided by Mavic Chen, a renegade human who provided the Time Destructor with its power source, the Taranium Core. The Core was stolen by the Doctor. By the time the Daleks relocated it, the alliance fell apart and the Daleks exterminated Chen. The Daleks were destroyed when the Time Destructor was used on them, killing SSS agent Sara Kingdom in the process.
