invasion of the daleks
The Daleks dominated Earth during the twenty-second century after bombing the planet with viral weapons. They then destroyed any resistance with the help of Robomen, and the Slyther. They planned to remove the Earth's core and replace it with a device that would enable them to use the planet as a vast spaceship. The Doctor thwarted this plan. However the Daleks tried again on an alternative Earth, created when a freedom fighter went back in time and blew up Auderley House when it was full of diplomats. Ironically, this was the making of World War Three, enabling the Daleks to invade. The Doctor saved the diplomats and the alternative time line was eradicated.
