invasion of the abominable snowmen
Tools of the Great Intelligence, the Abominable Snowmen, or Yeti, were fur covered servicer robots that roamed the mountainside near Detsen Monastery. The local monks, used to the real Yeti, were bemused by the savagery of their recent attacks. However, the Doctor revealed their true forms and they were destroyed when the Great Intelligence was banished from Earth. When the Great Intelligence attacked again, the Yeti were once more used, this time roaming the London Underground system, spreading a lethal web-like substance that suffocated people on contact. Again, the Yeti self-destructed when the Great Intelligence was beaten.
