The Exxilons were once a major space-faring race, always leaving their mark as they travelled from planet to planet. On Earth, it appears that they arrived in Peru and showed the Incas how to build their temples using their advanced alien technology. On returning to their own planet, they created a living city in the same style which then turned on its creators, forcing them to live underground. Over the centuries they reverted to a primitive state, ignorant of their rich heritage and glorious past.
