voc robots
Aesthetically pleasing robots that worked for the colonists on a barren planet. They were placed aboard sandminers to help find rare and precious elements. The Voc Robots could talk, and the Dum Robots were mute. All were controlled by a SuperVoc. For some people, the beautiful robots brought on a mental condition known as Robophobia, becoming delusional and claiming the robots were the walking dead. With the aid of D84, a Voc disguised as a Dum, the Doctor uncovered a plot by Taren Capel to start a robot revolution. He was reprogramming them with a Laserson Probe. The Doctor stopped the robots from killing all the humans.
