A planet in the Inokshi system, populated originally by large amphibians which secrete a lethal poison. Their leader, Monarch, began a quest to travel faster than light, initially to try and meet God. Ultimately he began to believe himself to be God and destroyed Urbanka, storing all his population on microchips.
