A scientific research centre, sponsored by the British Government. Its director was Hilda Winters, also a member of the SRS. She had robot K1 programmed to steal the destructor codes for a battery of nuclear weapons. UNIT led an attack on Think Tank and managed to arrest Miss Winters, leaving the Doctor to stop the nuclear countdown.
