A device created by the Master posing as Professor Thascales, from Greece, at the Newton Research Institute. It was an acronym for Transmission Of Matter Through Interstitial Time, a method by which the Master was able to bring the Crystal of Kronos back through time from Atlantis and reawaken the Chronovore, Kronos. The Master sought to enslave Kronos, but failed. After taking the Chronovore back to Atlantis, held within the Crystal of Kronos, Kronos escaped and destroyed the whole civilisation. TOMTIT was also responsible for temporarily aging one of the Institute scientists as well as devolving Sergeant Benton to a baby.
