A planet within the Milky Way, part of the Southern Nebula, which was the last stop for the Psychic Circus before the Doctor ended their alliance with the Gods of Ragnarok. The Circus had arrived when Segonax had been a green and fertile planet, with friendly inhabitants eager to welcome visitors. By the time the Doctor and Ace arrived, Segonax was a dry, arid wasteland, the inhabitants grumpy and antagonistic - although they still sold fruit and vegetables to visitors. Once the Doctor had severed the connection between the Psychic Circus and the Gods of Ragnarok, it seemed likely that Segonax would, in time, flourish once again.
