outer galaxies
The Daleks' Master Plan involved an alliance between the masters of the Outer Galaxies to rule alongside the Daleks with a Time Destructor. One such dignitary was Zephon a representative of Galaxy 5, who also went to war with the Galactic Federation. Galaxy 5 included planets such as Gris and Fisar. Trantis was the representative of Galaxy 10, the largest of the Outer Galaxies. Galaxy 4 contained planets inhabited by the Rills and another by the Drahvins, as well as a highly unstable one which was destroyed. A mineral treaty was signed between the Milky Way and Galaxy 4 shortly before the Daleks' began their Master Plan.
