A Knight of the Grand Order of Oberon, one of the galaxy's most revered guild of assassins. Although semi-retired, he and his squire, Bostock, travelled to Necros and agreed to kill Davros at Kara's behest, simply for the honour. Kara supplied them with a bomb, but it became apparent that they were intended to die along with Davros. Once captured and disabled by his target, Orcini slew Kara and after Bostock was exterminated by a Dalek, later activated the bomb. Davros escaped, but thousands of Davros' new Dalek army, hidden in the catacombs of Necros, were destroyed alongside Orcini.
