The computer aboard the Minyan spaceship the P7E. It guarded the Minyan race banks even after a planet formed around the ship on the outer reaches of the Universe. Over many generations, the computer's artificial intelligence became corrupted, presenting itself as a god to the descendants of the original Minyan crew. When other Minyans came in search of the race banks, the Oracle refused to give them up, offering two identical fission grenades instead. When the Doctor realised the ruse, he exchanged the grenades for the real race banks. The Oracle was obliterated when the grenades exploded.
