Planet in the Inner Constellation, a part of the Acteon Galaxy, which had recently reopened its ports to space travellers after a space plague had severely crippled the planet. Two distinct species of humanoid lived there: the grey-skinned Minorians, including the planet's leader and officials; and the Functionaries, low-intellect workers employed by the Minorian officials. The planet was heavily industrialised and the current president, Zarb, was slowly overcoming the xenophobia that had previously dominated Inter Minor. One of the first alien visitors allowed back on Inter Minor were the Lurmans Vorg and Shirna, who brought their Miniscope with them.
