Head of the Time Lord's Tribunal that took the Doctor out of time and placed him on trial for his repeated transgressions of Gallifreyan law. As the trial progressed, the Inquisitor had a hard job keeping the Doctor's anger under restraint as the prosecutor, the Valeyard, baited him. When the Valeyard suggested that the Doctor be placed on trial for genocide after the destruction of the Vervoid species, the Inquisitor found control slipping out of her hands as it became apparent the trial was rigged. Ultimately saved by the Doctor's actions when the Valeyard tried to murder her, the Inquisitor was pleased to announce all the charges against the Doctor had been dropped.
