galactic cyberwars
After many skirmishes during the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, the Cybermen launched a major offensive on the galaxy around the mid-twenty-sixth century. Exploiting their weakness for gold, humanity developed the glitter-gun after forming an alliance with the planet of gold, Voga. The Cybermen, already expelled from their adopted planet, Telos, by the Cryons, were all but defeated. Relegated to a few spaceships, they piloted around different sectors of the galaxy trying to regain their former power. The last recorded involvement with the Cybermen was five centuries later when they sought to destroy the last remaining portion of Voga but were wiped out by a Vogan warhead.
