plot synopsis

Still travelling at the turn of the century, the TARDIS lands on the rocks outside a lighthouse and, along with the survivors of a shipwreck, they find themselves being murdered one by one. The murderer is a Rutan, one of the shape-changing creatures locked in a never-ending war with the Sontarans. The Doctor has to stop its murderous rampage before it can send a signal to its mothership for Earth to be colonised.
