A planet within the Milky Way, believed by many to be the single most tranquil place in the universe. It had lush vegetation, mountains and valleys. Ancient stone buildings suggested that the planet was inhabited at some point in its history. Turlough had previously visited the planet prior to his exile on Earth. It was when the Doctor, Turlough and Tegan Jovanka arrived that the Doctor began suffering what he tried to pass off as 'cosmic angst'. The true cause was that his previous selves were being taken out of time by Borusa, who was using the Time Scoop to place them in the Death Zone on Gallifrey.
