One of Monarch's ministers, a charming and elegant female Urbankan who was really just a life essence inside an android body, her mind and personality contained on a circuit board. To make herself more presentable to the Doctor's party, Enlightenment fashioned a humanoid android body for herself, based on a drawing done by Tegan Jovanka. When Monarch demanded the Doctor's death, Enlightenment attempted to send him drifting out into deep space. However Adric located Enlightenment's android circuits, pulled them out of her body, and threw them into the void.
