A galactic criminal placed on trial by her own people after she committed murder and stole the Great Seal of Diplos. She escaped imprisonment in hyperspace and hid on Earth for many centuries, assuming a variety of identities, including the Celtic goddess Callieach. When the Doctor and Romana met her, she was an amateur archaeologist, Vivien Fay. When the Doctor accessed hyperspace, she was forced to return there. Along with the Ogri, she attempted to convince her former captors, the Megara, that the Doctor was the criminal but she was eventually exposed and sentenced to spend eternity as a monolith in a Cornish stone circle on Earth.
